Germany: Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH (MR) has increased its 70 % stake in CEDASPE to 100% and acquired the company ETI Elettrindustria S.r.L. (ETI), both based in Italy.

With these acquisitions, MR has increased its product portfolio in regards to components and accessories for distribution and power transformers. At the same time, the integration into MR’s network has improved the worldwide availability of the CEDASPE and ETI products and services. Both companies will be part of the MR business unit COMPONENTS, which comprises all products, protective devices and components used at distribution transformers.
